Applications for tags are available at the County Treasurer's Office:

Combat Wounded Purple Heart - Cost $33.50

Congressional Medal of Honor - No Cost

Disabled Veteran - Cost $0.50

Ex-Prisoner of War - Cost $0.50

National Guard - Cost $33.50

Pearl Harbor Survivor - Cost $ 33.50

U.S. Veteran - Cost $33.50

Decals for Silver Star, Bronze Star, & Branch of Service are available at a cost of $2.00 each

Cost of license plates may change. Please check with your local county treasurer's office or the Department of Revenue for any changes in cost.

You may make application for a Kansas distinctive military license plate by meeting the qualifications outlined in the Kansas Statutes. Applications can be picked up at your local county treasurer's office.
