Mr. Jack Fowler is the Executive Director of the Kansas Commission on Veterans' Affairs.
Previously Mr. Fowler served as chairman of the Kansas Commission on Veterans’ Affairs. He was appointed to that position by Governor Sebelius in 2003.
Mr. Fowler served 30 years in the United States Army, retiring as a colonel of infantry. He is a veteran of the Vietnam War.
After retiring, he graduated from Washburn Law School and served as Executive Assistant and Counsel to Kay McFarland, Chief Justice of the Kansas Supreme Court.
