Services Survey
In order to reach as many veterans as possible and improve veterans' services in Kansas we would ask veterans who have used the services of a Kansas Commission on Veterans' Affairs office to download and complete the following survey.

If you feel there are areas in need of improvement or areas that we are doing a great job, outline your suggestion or comments on the survey or on an attached piece of paper and either mail or e-mail the survey to Wayne Bollig c/o KCVA.
